The 2012 BPA Rate Case, which set power and transmission rates for the FY 2012-2013 rate period, was completed and filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on August 1, 2011. The 2012 BPA Administrator’s Final Record of Decision was issued July 26, 2011.
