​On March 1, 2019, BPA issued the Administrator's Final Record of Decision in the TC-20 Terms and Conditions Tariff Proceeding adopting the TC-20 Settlement Agreement, which included the terms and conditions of an OATT which became effective on Oct. 1, 2019 and an associated Business Practice Process.

BPA has concluded the TC-20 Tariff Proceeding and official filings related to this proceeding were made on the TC-20 secure website.
