The FY 2020-2021 ASC Review Processes began on June 4, 2018. These ASC Review Processes were implemented through the Secure REP web site. Any entity or individual interested in participating in the ASC Review Processes was encouraged to participate. These ASC Review Processes concluded with the publications of the Final ASC Reports for each utlity on July 25, 2019. See the "FY 2020-2021 Final ASC Reports" link below. ASCs for the FY 2020-2021 Exchange Period will become effective on October 1, 2019, and remain in effect through September 30, 2021..
