BPA and the California Independent System Operator have drafted a coordinated transmission agreement to formalize existing practices and data exchanges, and improve the management of energy imbalance market flows on our interconnected transmission systems. This meeting will begin the stakeholder process on the coordinated transmission agreement. BPA will accept comments on the coordinated transmission agreement from Dec. 2 through Dec. 23.
