​Bonneville-Hood River Vegetation Management

To maintain the reliability of its electrical system, the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), in cooperation with the U.S. Forest Service, expanded the range of vegetation management options used to clear unwanted vegetation on about 20 miles of BPA transmission line right-of-way between Bonneville Dam in Hood River, Oregon, within the Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area.
