PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to rebuild an existing 115-kV transmission line, between Raymond and Cosmopolis, roughly parallel to Hwy 101. Most of the 18.3-mile long transmission line would remain within the existing right-of-way, but some structures would be moved due to environmental or engineering constraints.
