PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Build 5.1 miles of new 500-kV transmission line from a proposed natural gas-fired power generation plant in Wallula, WA to a new substation at Smiths Harbor, where the line will connect with the existing Lower Monumental-McNary transmission line.
