November 9, 2006 - Final Dry Year Guide:  The Final Dry Year Guide and Figure 1 - Dry Year Strategy have now been issued. This guide is intended to guide BPA through future critical periods marked by abnormal conditions such as drought, volatile market prices, and/or significant reductions in the availability of power to BPA.

May 30, 2006 - Dry Year Guide:  In August 2002, following the events of the energy crisis of 2000 and 2001, BPA issued a Draft Guide to Tools and Principles for a Dry Year Strategy (Guide) and Appendices This draft was released for public comments with a closing date of October 30, 2002.
